HEMPES ships from Monday to Saturday (excluding holidays). Orders placed on Sunday will be processed the next business day.
In the event that your HEMPES package arrives damaged as a result of shipping, please keep the shipping box, the HEMPES products and email us as soon as possible at email@example.com to notify us of the damage.
Customs costs, tariffs or duties are not included in the price.
Orders shipped to non-EU countries may incur customs charges upon arrival. Unfortunately, we cannot predict the magnitude of these costs for which you are responsible. Please contact your local customs office to determine the amount of duties and taxes that will be charged on your package.
Please also note that we cannot comply with a request to declare your package for a value other than the total value paid at checkout.
We hope you love your HEMPES products as much as we do. If for any reason you wish to return any or all of the products within your order, you have fourteen (14) days after the order has been delivered to do so. We will gladly issue a refund if the return conditions (listed below) have been met.
Follow the following steps to return your product (s):
1. Before returning your product(s), send us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org within fourteen (14) days of delivery to let us know which products you would like to return. State the following information in this email: order number, product (s) you want to return, name, email address, telephone number and delivery address.
2. Our customer service will reply with a return authorization number ("RA number"). Please write this on the packing slip. You must print the packing slip yourself. We send the packing slip by e-mail and do not include a packing slip with the order. durability.
3. Place the product or products you want to return in a shipping box. Add the packing slip (you must print this yourself) with the RA number on it, together with the product or products that you are returning, to the shipping box.
4. Upon receipt of the email with the RA number, you have an additional fourteen (14) days to arrange a return shipment to us via a courier of your choice. We are not responsible for any returns that are lost in transit, so we recommend using an insured delivery method with tracking information.

6. After we have received your returned products, we will process your return request as soon as possible. If all of the above conditions are met, we will gladly refund the total purchase amount to the original payment account within fourteen (14) days of receiving your return shipment. Unfortunately, the shipping costs for returns are non-refundable.
