Recipe: 3 x overnight oats

OATMEAL X HEMPES FULL 4% CBD OIL

Overnight oats is perfect if you like to prepare your breakfast on the weekend, don't have much time in the morning, or are just too sleepy to make your breakfast. Combine them with your favorite coffee or tea for a delicious start to the day. We recommend that you eat your overnight oats within 5 days of making them to prevent them from spoiling. It requires a little bit of preparation, but it's generally easy and requires little effort. You can eat the overnight oats within 2-4 hours. We have selected our 3 favorite CBD recipes (for 2 servings) to share with you. The recipes are for 2 servings.

 

Overnight Oats: Appel pie

Apple-cinnamon-oatmeal is a classic for a reason! The sweet apples are combined with the delicious smelling cinnamon for a good kickstarter. 

Ingredients:

  • 2 apples
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 100 gram oatmeal
  • 40 gram raisins
  • 1 teaspoon of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 250 ml plant-based milk of your choice
  • 2 ml HEMPES full 4% CBD oil

Preparation the night before: Mix the oatmeal with honey, cinnamon, pinch of salt, CBD oil and the vegetable milk in a bowl. Pour the mixture into 2 glass jars. Put the jars in the refrigerator.t.

The morning itself: take the overnight oats out of the fridge. Cut the apple into pieces and sprinkle it with the remaining raisins over the overnight oats.

Pro tip: add a dash of apple pie spice to your overnight oats to make this breakfast even better.

Overnight Oats: pina colada 

It's not exactly that Caribbean trip you've been dreaming of, but this tropical and fresh breakfast is a healthy way to add a little slice of paradise to your morning routine.

  • 1 mango
  • Pinch of salt 
  • 100 gram oatmeal
  • 70 gram pineapple
  • 2 teaspoons grated coconut
  • 250 ml coconut milk
  • 2 ml HEMPES full 4% CBD oil

Preparation the night before: Mix the oatmeal with the grated coconut, pinch of salt, CBD oil and the coconut milk in a bowl. Pour the mixture into 2 glass jars. Put the jars in the refrigerator. Cut the mango and pineapple into pieces. Put this in another container and it in the refrigerator.

The morning itself: remove the overnight oats from the fridge. Also take the container with the fruit in it. Sprinkle the fruit over the overnight oats as a topping.

 

Overnight Oats: banana & raspberries

A delicious start to the day with delicious overnight oats with fruit. 

  • Pinch of salt 
  • 1 mashed banana
  • 100 gram oatmeal
  • 100 gram raspberries 
  • 250 ml plant-based milk of your choice
  • 2 ml HEMPES full 4% CBD oil

Preparation the night before: Mix the oatmeal with the mashed banana, pinch of salt, CBD oil and the vegetable milk in a bowl. Pour the mixture into 2 glass jars. Put the jars in the refrigerator. Wash the raspberries and put them in another container in the refrigerator.

The morning itself: remove the overnight oats from the fridge. Also take the container with the raspberries in it. Sprinkle the raspberries over the overnight oats as a topping.
